Information and Openness
Information can be obtained in line with the Scottish Government's Code of Practice on Access to Government Information. Accessible information will be made available within 20 working days of receiving your request.

The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act has now been implemented and the Crofting Commission will provide information in line with the requirements of this Act.

The Crofting Commission Publication Scheme, which details the information held by the organisation, is available on request and is also available on the Freedom of Information page of this website.
